Free Resources

Some things should simply be shared

Not everything meaningful needs to sit behind a payment button.

This is a space for things I want to give freely: recordings, reflections, creative resources and things I have found along the way that may be useful to somebody else too.

Take what is useful.

Pass something good on when you can.

Things I return to

A collection of music, sound and books I have found along the way and return to myself.

Listen & explore

Chantress Seba

A YouTube channel of intuitive vocals, meditative music and sound created for stillness and spiritual connection. The voice is used less as performance and more as a doorway, with long tones, chant and improvised song that settle the nervous system without asking anything of you. Good for the times you want something wordless to sit with, whether you are meditating, resting, grieving or simply needing the room to feel softer than it did an hour ago.

Temple Sounds

A YouTube channel of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and meditation sound recordings, most of them long enough to disappear into. The recordings hold a steady, uninterrupted field of resonance rather than building towards anything, which makes them useful as a container for your own practice at home. I return to sound like this when I want the body to unwind before the mind has agreed to.

Deuter

Deuter's official music site, holding decades of meditative recordings built around flute, strings, gentle percussion and generous amounts of space. His albums were made for meditation and healing work, and they carry that intention: nothing hurries, nothing demands your attention. Music to slow a whole day down with, whether you are sitting in practice, writing, cooking or moving quietly through the house.

8D Shamanic Meditation

A single meditation on YouTube rather than a whole channel, recorded in 8D sound so the audio appears to travel around your head ~ drums and voices arriving from behind you, above you, off to one side. The effect is disorientating in the best sense, and it tends to draw attention out of thinking and into pure listening. Worth using headphones and giving it your full attention, ideally somewhere you will not be interrupted.

GAIA

A wide-ranging channel exploring consciousness, spirituality, meditation, yoga, ancient history and the conversations that sit around them. It moves between practical practice, documentary and speculation, so you will not agree with all of it ~ and that is part of its usefulness. A good place to wander when you are curious, want several perspectives held side by side, and are happy to take what serves you and leave the rest.

Next Level Soul

Long-form conversations exploring consciousness, spirituality, near-death experiences and questions about the nature of reality. The interviews are unhurried and the guests range from researchers and clinicians to people describing experiences they cannot explain, which makes for genuinely interesting listening rather than a single fixed teaching. It suits a long walk or a long drive, when you want something to think with rather than something to fall asleep to.

Diana Cooper

Teachings and talks on angels, ascension, dragons, unicorns and the more mythic, symbolic edges of spiritual work. Diana's delivery is gentle and unfussy, and she treats these energies as ordinary companions rather than dramatic revelations. A lovely doorway if the imaginal and archetypal side of this work is calling you, or if you want something reassuring to listen to at the end of a heavy day.

Eckhart Tolle

Official teachings on presence, consciousness, the ego and the practice of living in the present moment. The talks are slow and spacious, often circling one small observation until something in you quietly rearranges itself. He says very little and somehow leaves you with a great deal to sit with, which makes this a good place to return to whenever the mind has become loud and busy again.

Darius J Wright

Talks and teachings in which Darius explores out-of-body experiences, consciousness and what he describes as 'the other side'. His approach is direct and experience-led rather than theoretical: he describes what he has encountered and lets you make of it what you will. For anyone drawn to the wider edges of what awareness might be, and comfortable sitting with questions that do not resolve neatly.

Robin Greenfield

Robin's work explores foraging, food freedom, simple and sustainable living, and reconnecting with Earth and the plants and animals around us. His videos follow practical experiments in living with less, finding and growing food, questioning the systems we depend upon and building a closer relationship with the natural world.
