I don’t really separate the mystical from the ordinary, the serious from the funny, or the practical from the strange. It all belongs here. This is a place for curiosity, reflection, creativity and the things that make us stop for a moment and wonder what on earth is going on.
Some parts are contemplative. Some are practical. Some are funny. Some arrive in meditation and ask to be written down.

Great Mother Wisdom
Ancient remembering for modern humans
Great Mother Wisdom is where I explore consciousness, nature, humanity, creation and the strange business of being alive.
Some pieces begin in meditation. Others begin with something happening in the world, a question I cannot leave alone, or a moment that asks for deeper reflection.
This is not doctrine and it is not a set of rules. It is a place for listening, questioning, remembering and seeing what opens.
It is also home to my longer reflections, writings and blog-style pieces: a space where ideas can unfold more fully, where symbols and stories can breathe, and where the deeper threads running through life can be explored with more room around them.

The universe loves us in the funniest ways.

Sound can take us somewhere words cannot always reach.
I create personalised sound journeys shaped around the person receiving them and the intention behind them.
These are made individually rather than pulled from a collection: something to return to when you want to slow down, listen and reconnect.
Each journey begins with you: what you are moving through, what you would like to explore and the intention you would like the sound to hold.
There is no need for every journey to follow the same pattern. The experience is created personally, with space for it to have its own rhythm, atmosphere and character.
It is something made for one person, rather than something chosen from a standard library.

A meditation made for you
Not every meditation needs to come from a library.
A personalised meditation is created around you, your intention and what you would like to explore.
It might be for rest, change, creativity, grounding, reflection or simply somewhere to meet yourself differently for a while.
The journey is personal rather than formulaic.
In-Person Meditation & Sound
Come and feel the resonance
In-person meditation and sound journeys are less about following a rigid formula and more about what happens when two people meet.
I meet you where you are.
We can talk, settle in, share cacao or crystallised water, listen, sit in quiet or move into sound and meditation.
There does not need to be a predetermined formula.
The experience can unfold at a mutual pace, without deciding in advance exactly what it has to be.

Meet Ted, Ms Molls and the other characters wandering through a universe of imagination, humour, courage and cosmic curiosity.
Ted & Ms Molls
Ted and Ms Molls have a habit of wandering into things.
Ted is generally interested in the present moment, particularly if the present moment contains food.
Ms Molls specialises in Obviously Obnoxious Advice and has very little concern for whether anyone actually requested it.
They appear throughout the Faith Soonae world rather than belonging to one particular book or project.
