Manchester is full of people making things, building things, questioning things and trying new ways of working. My work sits somewhere across those worlds: meditation and sound, reflective supervision, business thinking and creative projects.
I work with people in Manchester and Greater Manchester online and through individually arranged in-person work.
I am based in Greater Manchester and work with people across Manchester, Salford, Trafford, Stockport, Tameside, Oldham, Rochdale, Bury, Bolton and Wigan, as well as surrounding areas. I can also work online or travel further when a project or session calls for it.
If you are looking for something more personal than a standard recording or class, I create individual meditations and sound journeys around the person receiving them. In-person sessions are shaped around the meeting itself, with room for sound, meditation, conversation and quiet.
For people carrying responsibility, supporting others or trying to see a situation more clearly, I offer reflective supervision and business guidance with space for both practical thinking and the human side of the work.
I also help people turn ideas into websites, words and creative projects. That can mean a full website build, creative direction, article or blog writing, or simply helping an idea become clearer and more usable.
