They can be created for you, or given to somebody else.
Once it is yours, it is yours to keep. You can return to it as often as you like: when you want to slow down, reconnect, settle before sleep, or simply come back to a meditation that feels familiar and comforting.

Every recording is created individually around the person receiving it and the intention you would like it to hold. Nothing is pulled from a standard library.

You can tell me what you would like to explore, what is happening in your life, how you would like to feel, or simply give me enough information to understand what you are looking for.
It might be about rest, reflection, grounding, confidence, creativity, letting go, preparing for something, or coming back to yourself.

Once created, the recording is yours to keep and return to whenever you want. You might listen occasionally, use it regularly, or return to it at night if meditation help you settle and reconnect.
Met in the moment
Not everything needs to be a recording.
Some meditations are better met live, in the moment.
