I work with people in different ways depending on what they actually need: creatively, reflectively and practically.
Sometimes that means building a website or helping shape an idea into something people can see and use. Sometimes it means supervision, perspective and a protected place to think. Sometimes it means writing, meditation, sound, speaking or creating something bespoke for a group or event.
I am not interested in forcing every piece of work into the same package. If one of the areas below fits, start there. If your project crosses a few of them, tell me what you are trying to create or work through and I will tell you whether I am the right person to help.

Spiritual & reflective supervision
Supervision is a protected hour to step outside the doing and think clearly about what you are carrying, what is happening around you, what might be getting missed and what you want to do next.
It can be useful when your work involves people, responsibility, complexity, emotion, conflict, difficult decisions or simply too many moving parts. Sometimes we may look at one particular situation. Sometimes at boundaries, patterns, professional confidence, relationships, decision-making or the impact the work is having on you.
With 17 years of trauma-informed practice in emergency crisis work across public-sector health and social care, I bring a grounded, steady presence to these sessions.
Supervision is charged by the hour.

Website creation
I shape and manage the Faith Soonae website myself, with Sol as my slightly overworked AI sidekick. So I know both the fun of creating a website and the irritation of discovering that one tiny change can somehow require a web person, three emails and another invoice.
This £995 package is for people who want a thoughtful, creative website that feels like them, but who also want to keep control of their own business and be able to make everyday changes themselves.
What you get:

- visual direction for colours, typography, imagery, layout and overall look
- three location pages where relevant
- basic SEO structure
- help arranging hosting and setup
- a 90-minute one-to-one handover showing you where things are and how to make everyday edits with confidence
The handover matters to me because I would rather give you the keys than build you something you are frightened to touch.

Sometimes the useful thing is simply having somebody outside the business look at it with you.
This can be a place to untangle competing ideas, think through a service or offer, look at what is working and what is not, make sense of a difficult decision, clarify the client journey, or work out what actually needs your attention next.
I bring an outside perspective shaped by years of leading teams, building services, making decisions under pressure and working inside real organisations. The aim is not to hand you a formula. It is to help you see your own situation more clearly and make decisions that still feel like yours.

Sometimes you have the seed of something but it needs shape. I can help you work out what the thing actually is, how it should feel and how the pieces fit together.
That might be visual direction for a website or project, ideas for social content, blog themes, a free resource, the way a service is presented, a workshop or event concept, page layouts, or simply taking a sprawling pile of ideas and turning it into something coherent enough to use.
This is bespoke creative thinking rather than a fixed package. Bring me the idea, the notes, the half-built thing or the problem and we can work from there.

Article & blog writing
You may already have the idea but not the finished piece. Bring me notes, voice notes, a rough draft, a conversation or a pile of thoughts and I can help shape them into an article or blog post that still sounds like you.
This might be reflective writing, spiritual writing, a website article, a thought piece, story-led or symbolic writing, or something around themes such as consciousness, meditation, sound, the Great Mother, humour and the deeper threads running through life.

The aim is not to polish your voice out of it. It is to help the piece become clearer, stronger and easier to read while still feeling like yours.
