I work with people across Lancashire through meditation and sound, reflective and business supervision, and creative work including websites, design and writing.
Some of this work happens online. In-person meditation and sound is arranged individually, with the setting and shape of the session agreed when we speak.
I work across Lancashire and surrounding areas, including Preston, Chorley, Leyland, Lytham St Annes, Blackburn, Darwen, Clitheroe and the Ribble Valley, Burnley, Lancaster, Morecambe and Blackpool. I can also work online or travel further when a project or session calls for it.

If you need space to think, reflect or work through something complicated, I offer one-to-one reflective supervision and business guidance online, with in-person work arranged individually where appropriate.
