I work with people in Cheshire through personalised meditation and sound, reflective and business supervision, and creative work including websites, design and writing.
The work is individual rather than formulaic. Some things are created remotely, some happen online, and in-person work is arranged around the people involved.
I work across Cheshire and surrounding areas, including Warrington, Chester, Knutsford, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Macclesfield, Northwich, Middlewich, Crewe, Nantwich and Congleton. I can also work online or travel further when a project or session calls for it.
Personalised meditations and sound journeys are created around the person receiving them and the intention they would like the experience to hold. In-person work offers more space to meet, listen and let the session unfold at a mutual pace.

I also help people build and shape creative work: websites, design, written content and the ideas around them. My approach is practical and collaborative, with a proper handover so the finished thing still belongs to you.
