If you are in Cumbria, my work can meet you in several ways: through personalised meditation and sound, one-to-one reflective or business support, and creative work that can be developed together wherever you are.
Recorded and online work can happen at a distance. In-person work is arranged individually rather than tied to one fixed venue.
I work across Cumbria and surrounding areas, including Kendal, Windermere, Ambleside, Keswick, Penrith, Carlisle, Ulverston, Barrow-in-Furness and Cockermouth. I can also work online or travel further when a project or session calls for it.
I create personalised meditations and sound journeys around what a person is moving through, exploring or wanting to make space for. In-person sound and meditation can also be arranged individually, with no need for every experience to follow the same pattern.
Reflective supervision and business guidance offer a place to think aloud, look at difficult decisions, notice what may be getting lost in the noise and work out what comes next.
Website creation, creative design and writing can all be worked on remotely, so being in Cumbria does not limit the creative side of working together. The aim is to make something that still feels like you and that you can continue to use yourself.
